  Absolutely horrible service. I simply ordered the same thing I order at every pizza hut which was a melt with just cheese and sausage in it. The rocket engineer behind the counter tells me they only come in 3 flavors, meat lovers and 2 more flavors.   Food was awesome and the lady in the counter was great. I recommend this place to anyone who is a pizza lover and loves Pizza Hut

  I was looking for cheese pizza and all that was on there was ulimate cheese. So I ordered it to find out it was .50 more. It was a bait and switch as I see it since it never showed me the increase till I got to the store.

  We ordered 3 pizzas from this location yesterday (8/8). We ordered them online through their website. We received no indication they wouldn't delivery to our address. I called a few minutes later to update the order with some packets of condiments. I got transferred from FLORIDA to a call center in PITTSBURGH after calling the store. Still not being told they wouldn't deliver to our address. An hour+ passes, and no pizzas arrive. We call the store to find out they wont deliver to the address. We were waiting over an hour, for an order we were allowed to put in online, and the store never called me (I gave them my direct cell phone number) to let us know it wasn't coming. This is terrible customer service. nothing excuses it.
