    Food at Papa John's is good when made right. But staff here just come off racist. A bearded manager ignored me standing there alone not attended yet and 10 minutes later despite having passed me 4 times a white doordash guy came in and he waited til the guy left with the delivery to ask me anything

    I didn't order door dash. I ordered from a company that offers delivery. My order was stolen and I had to call to say it said delivered, so I could wait 2 hours to recieve my food. If you advertise delivery pay a damn driver not a 3rd party delivery. On top of this they screwed my order up and didnt send things i was charged for. Never again Papa Johns.

    It’s been an hour and fifteen minutes since ordering and the driver is still 24 minutes away? Shop is five miles away. What is going on? Don’t order from this place. They have an automated phone system too. They won’t pick up the phone.
