  I came by after dr appointment to grab some lunch before heading back home to an hour drive and this location was excellent workers here were so nice and friendly

  I have no idea who this family is that owns it that thinks they're so special, but you're doing an awful job. Your people are jerks, condescending and incompetent. I ordered chicken nuggets as part of our order, asked for sweet and sour sauce. It wasn't in the bag, she said it was in the box, it wasn't, I had to show her, she got really mad, about tossed 2 packs at me and slammed the window closed. Then when I got home and opened the double cheeseburgers, they were smashed all over the wrapper. I've had other issues with this location and no one has ever responded to complaints. I can't imagine I'll ever go back here. I don't need to be treated that way or pay for smashed food.

  I go there 2 or 3 times a month to have lunch with my 14 year old son. I order in the kiosk, we sit and wait and I've never got the wrong order or missing something. And the person bringing the food is always nice and polite. In my experience, this is the best McDonald's I've visit in Tampa. I even told my son that i love going to that one. Not sure if its because i don't order in person, lol, im surprised to see so many bad reviews.

  This is definitely one of the worst McDonald's in Tampa. Every time I order delivery or drive-thru, something is missing. There's definitely a lack of staff management in the process, because if it happened once or twice it would be understandable, but in this store it's ALWAYS the same carelessness with orders.

  If I give no stars I would. I wanted to ask for more sauce I was completely ignored for 5 minutes while Michael the manager was staring at a computer finally another gentleman yelled at him three times and he finally came over with a nasty attitude then said if you want the extra sauces you have to pay for them all rude as if I can’t afford the 62 cents I said that’s fine. I will never return there’s a new McDonald’s next to the Walgreens on 54 I’ll give my hard earned money to that one if I want McDonald’s
