- JCJarett C.Nov 8, 20255.0Amazing Folks here at this locale, Noah the manager is a nice fella n he keeps the place imaculate, Food is superb, coffee too die for, and he hired great staff, who you may be lucky enough to encounter, Shay is a super sweet funny bubbly girl and her co worker Mia is also delightful and gregarious as is she. If you are in general vicinity, i'd swing through to enjoy all they have to offer for yourselves. 🏆🏆
- NBNadia BOct 25, 20254.0Ok, we love the mobile app to order. The food is always good. The employees are friendly. We order ahead & sit in our car in A/C to eat. Then take our dog on a lovely walk around Starkey. The #1 issues- - Nowhere to sit inside. A table outside in the direct sun, in Florida, is just not good. But, obviously this is the choice they made for this location. They should name it "Einstein Bagels Express" instead- so everyone knows it is just a grab & go place! We have been loyal since it opened & would have loved a sit-down inside option to congregate & have community (like South Tampa location). - Cashier taking orders should be able to throw 6 plain bagels in a bag & send customer on their way. That customer should not have to wait 15 minutes behind a bunch of customers waiting on more complicated egg sandwiches. That's just common sense. I've been that customer waiting forever & tempted to just jump behind the counter & bag my plain bagels myself 🤣 **Hopefully the last one can be easily fixed, if it has not been yet.
