  Ham&cheese croissant freezing in the middle and tasted like the paper wrapper it came in, disgusting Lady at the window clearly didn’t want to work today, nasty attitude and bothered by everything

  Stop here for breakfast often since its the only dunkin on the way to work. It's normally ok but not great. Today they pulled us and another car around the building to wait for food. Ok, thats fine, normally they do that. They came out to bring out 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and they appeared to give our large latte to the car jn front of us and then never brought a new one out. My husband had to go inside and tell them and stood there waiting. Turns out they didn't even know they gave the wrong drink to someone and had just moved on. Mind you the car in front also had to go in because they realized they were given the wrong drink.... Whats the point in a drive through if you're going to have to go in anyway?

  Waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker before anyone took my order, with only one car ahead of me. Ordered a Cookie Butter Cloud Latte (a specialty, higher-priced drink). At the window, I was prompted to tip before even receiving my order. I left a tip despite the slow service. The first drink handed to me wasn’t mine. The second drink had my label on it but was still made incorrectly.(wrong cold foam, no cookie crumble topping included, drink wasn’t even mixed up at all) After over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I had to leave. They were also out of every food item I tried to order. It’s frustrating to be pushed to tip, wait that long, and still receive the wrong drink. If prices and tipping expectations are going up, accuracy and service should match. Very disappointing.

  there was a deal going on today that I was able to get a free donut with the purchase of a drink, and I had issues with my app that it wouldn’t let me get the donut only the drink. When I got to the window and picked up my mobile order, I had brought it up to the staff just so that they were aware that they might have more issues with it from other people. The employee at the window interrupted me and said well that’s an issue with your app. I don’t know what you want me to do. I told her I was just going to tell you so maybe you could help me or others and she slammed the door in my face. I then called the store to try and just get her name and explain the situation so they can take it into their own matters and I was told I can come back and get a free donut
