  4/10/26 540am went to pick up a catering for doordash pick was aroung 545am showed the phone to the employee said there were closed also she said the have a in house driver for catering which i do not believe they have one at this location told her the pickup time showed phone she went to get manager she said the ord er was canceled 2 days i never received a cancelation notice on my end she was extremely rude and bbelligerent towards me she needs to be retrained on how to handle situations like this more camly and also needs to be retrained on proper customer service skills or do not take catering orders before they open retrain all employees on proper customer service skills

  Not the first time I’ve been to this location and the smear is not the usual amount especially to pay almost $5 for a bagel with smear. Not okay honestly these employees are not doing the work that is expected here.

  Shay was amazing, definitely give her a few months of PTO. I got a dozen assorted bagels for some colleagues and they were on point. Thanks Einstein team!
