- PAPam AllenFeb 21, 20261.0This Wendy's location West Colonial Drive Ocoee Fl, will probably be one of the Wendy's restaurants to close soon. I visited on 2/18/26. I ordered a cup of Chili. I've been getting Chili for many years. On this day there was barely any hamburger meat in the chili. I was very disappointed and won't be back. I agree with what a previous reviewer said. Chik Fil A is next door with lines wrapped around the building while this Wendy's has one car in line, if that. Smh.

They give you incorrect or incomplete orders on a regular basis and no matter how patient or nice you are, they are continuously rude and disrespectful both to customers and each other. Management seems to be worse than the employees and there are only 2 employees who actually seem to like their jobs. Most of the staff there seem to hate interacting with people in general and should really consider a non customer facing role. Do better Wendy’s and raise the standard for this location.
