  I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was very disappointed and appalled. I went there for a free Frosty and fries as part of a promotion. The workers were rude and refused to give me the free items without saying a phrase that clearly doesn’t exist. I won’t be going back there because they are rude and not accommodating. I’ll be going to Chick-fil-A instead, where customer service is their top priority. And you should all too.

  I ask for cook to order food crispy chicken and nuggets.because just as I thought they were going to try and give me cold food! And after paying .can u pull up and ill bring it out pumpfaked me good!! As I unwrap my sandwich bite it nothing is hot nor cook to order! They weren't even busy! So as high as gas prices are no one wants to be bringing food back ! So I called no answer! Smh this is definitely an rachet establishment!! More concerned with there red lipstick 💄 and tight pants than great customer service!! This store is a headache

  Forgot milk for the kids meal, silverware, sauce for the nuggets, and gave me 5 of 6 nuggets. They get something wrong every order.

  Cameron and Noah was the best customer service I've gotten anywhere else. They was very kind,helpful and happy. I haven't gotten customer service like that in a long time at any fast food restaurant these guys need to be rewarded for their job because they are amazing thank you so much guys for making my day. They will eventually make great managers and I hope CEOs

  Worst customer service in winter garden they rather take drive thru then worrying bout customers in the lobby they was rude when I ask for a refund I had to yell to get there attention the second time I wanted 20 mins for a simple biggie bag and thats unacceptable
