- AAAlma AstacioFeb 27, 20261.0Feb 27,2026 order was placed online at 11am for pick up at 12:30. Order not even process at 1pm because they have one person working and there a line of people waiting. I asked the lady, when would the online order be ready? Boy she spoke to me like I had physically attacked her or something. You should never yelled at customers for just wondering about their order that is paid for. There should be more staff working that location. The manager is doing a horrible job at organizing this location. The manager needs to fix this issue. I won't be returning to that location. If I had not paid for the order believe me I would have walked out on the spot. That lady has no right to talk to customer like that. horrible horrible service.
