  Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s in Ocoee. The food quality was poor, the service was terrible, and even during a slow period, a simple order took far too long. I waited 15 minutes for nothing more than a large Coke and medium fries, which is completely unacceptable. It was frustrating to watch employees standing around and looking at each other instead of working and keeping things moving. There really was no excuse for the delay or the lack of urgency. This location clearly needs better management, better service, and more attention to food quality.

  Prices to expensive. Breakfast menu focused on meal deals! Staff is slow! Left me waiting for 8 minutes to place my order. Drive thru is more important! Than customer service inside.

  I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru twice this week. My smoothie was delicious both times. The first visit, my small fries were a mix of warm and cool, but during my second visit they were hot and fresh. The ladies at the drive-thru were very nice, which you don’t always experience these days. Thanks for the great service!

  Whoever was working the first window this morning had excellent service. Very warm and positive. Not at all what I've come to expect from fast food. I wish I'd asked for a name, but I didn't think about it until too late.

  The food made my stomach curl. Do not eat here plus they changed the taste of the fries. After the CEO didn't even eat the food I believe what I'm doing by eating more whole foods is the way to go. Whole Foods offer 4 dinners for $35 as the family meal. I think I'm gonna start doing that for food instead
