We ordered a 20 peice combo, but instead they rang it up as two 10 peice (not combos and more expensive) even though 20 peice combo is on the menu, then when we told them the mistake they charged us for a fry. I understand new people working but how? But hey at least they gave us a free drink like that makes up for the extra money we spent, oh and they gave us an extra free cookie which is the only good thing about it. Edit: Also i just found out they gave a partial refund which is nice but doesnt change all we been through

So maybe if we picked up the phone when customers call in, I wouldn't have to waste my time. But yeah I was asked 4-5 times for 2 triple baconators, one regular baconator. I did order it the person just messed up. So don't tell me what I didn't order when I verbally said it 4 times. It’s your mistake!
