- RJRuth Jean-CharlesSep 30, 20251.0This location use to be my go to, but lately been running into some issues. Ordered 2 Caribbean jerk chicken wrap meal… neither wraps had jerk sauce on them. Call the store to tell them about the issue.. the “owner” Jack call us back and was truly the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to… he went straight to defense mode instead of being apologetic. He even went on to say that he made the wraps himself and then viewed the cameras to make sure the orders was correct so he knows for a fact that there was no issue…. But if you made the orders yourself why the need to view the orders.?smh… the wraps was so blend that we ended up throwing them away. Smh…. If that man is truly the “owner” I sure hope he finds another profession because there’s no way you can talk to customers the way he spoke to me.
