Had me wait 20 min before i had to ask for a manager only for him to point at a screen and tell me they cant give me my food, money back or any kind or resolve cause they cant confirm my order. Proceeds to get in a screaming match with me. I wonder why nothing was works. Priorities.

It seems like the people in there just want to not work. It’s happen to me more then a dozen times.

He repeated my order back clearly, made sure everything was correct, and even asked if I needed any extra sauces or condiments before I pulled away. It’s small details like that that make the experience so much better. Aiden was professional, fast, and kind—McDonald’s is lucky to have him representing their team at the window!
