My boyfriend ordered a caramel frappe and literally was just drinking straight. The food was disgusting he literally threw everything out.

The employees are very nice and they take their time to make sure you have everything you ordered but at the same time they don't make you wait. Very fast, friendly and accurate experience. You can definetly tell they have great management.

The quality of service was unsatisfactory, and it is worth noting that my order took an excessively long time to prepare; I waited for over 30 minutes while staff members were engaged in conversation and laughter in the back. Two specific employees, one wearing a COVID mask and the other with a ponytail and nose piercing, exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I did not take the time to obtain their names, as I believe this information should already be available to management.

I pray that your promotion upgrades you to your position that God has for you. Definitely recommend any one to visit this location in the morning and as for Mrs.Dee if you love coffee. The line always long not moving how do you guys expect to run a store and you have mangers and crew outside smoking vapes. Don’t get me started on the customer service everyone needs to be retrained starting with who’s ever over the store
