When I told them I wanted less ice they told me I would get less product, which makes no sense. Every time I go there it’s a different thing they tell me about the less ice in your drink. They tell you to wait by a stop sign for your food then take like 30 to almost an hour to make the food. Employees are rude they don’t believe you when you are missing an item. I will never visit this Dunkin again or recommend it to anyone else.
