Ms. Elaine was very kind and had our order & us back on the road quickly! They have a nice scenic naturescape out front where you can enjoy your coffee quietly. Will def save this location for future visits. Store was clean.

- MBMs. B4 days ago1.0Went to this location for breakfast today, while ordering I asked about the $6 croissant meal deal which I was told was no longer being sold with the croissant but a wrap instead. I specifically stated that I did not want the wrap to give me the croissant and other items separately since the croissants do not come in a meal. As I get to the window and noticed my order was wrong after I paid I was told to come in to fix the issue. After coming in Elaine refunded my entire order instead of adjusting the price for what I wanted making it impossible to get my food because the refund takes 7 days to clear. Elaine had a nasty attitude and was very frustrated with a situation that could have been easily fixed. Dunkin please hire employees that are customer oriented and that knows how to handle situations professionally at all times. Dunkin employees have a bad rep about rushing customers through the line, getting food orders incorrect and having nasty attitudes to their customers. Starbucks would never display this kind of behavior towards their customers. I will never ever visit this location ever again. -0/10
