Consistently order lattes and given iced coffees instead, with the excuse of “it’s watered down” and wait 10 minutes for a remake. Never any issues with m-f staff. Get new staff or train them properly.

Not only did we wait over 15 minutes for a mobile order, when we got the order, let's just say, my hot coffee, served in a hot coffee container, was ice cold and had no flavor. Reading is not so hard. I would understand some errors, if the place were packed. But the place was empty, inside and out. Lots of laughing and joking seems to be the priority of their day. Sorry for the one girl who was actually trying to do her job in the front. Very dissapointed.
