- LGLila GMar 29, 20261.0Every time I order from here something is missing. I order through a delivery app because I have a newborn who is vulnerable. I’ve had to report my losses on the app so much to the point where they stopped refunding me because they thought I was lying or something. I think they may have gotten my order correct 2 times. Why do I keep coming here? It’s the closest coffee shop to me. Today they didn’t put in my glazed donuts. I know they didn’t run out of those. One time they gave me someone else’s order and I went back, they tried to give me the same drink that was sitting for an hour! This place needs new management. Clearly based off of all the other negative reviews about this place.

I’d rather drive out my way to go to a better Dunkin location than deal with the rude staff here. Lastly, if you don’t like your job find another one.
