  I came to this Dunkin expecting the usual service, but the experience was very disappointing. We ordered a cappuccino, and it was almost all milk — the coffee was very light and had no real flavor. We politely asked the employee if she could add a little more black coffee to fix it. Her response was completely unacceptable: she said she couldn’t do it, that we would have to buy another drink or call corporate and file a complaint. The attitude was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. There was absolutely no effort to resolve a very simple issue or to provide basic customer service. Customers should not be treated this way, especially over something so small. This kind of service is unfair and disappointing. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it if you expect respectful treatment and quality service.

  Take your normal Dunkin', and knock a star off for service and atmosphere. Staff is non-engaged and performs their job, but never even a smile and muttered their responses. Coffee was not good. Donuts almost make up for the burnt-tasting coffee. Busy plaza with a lot going on, including kids going bananas.

  Dunkin store is clean but Very rude employees. Ignored us standing there while watching cell phone laughing like a kids. Very Rude lady on front Register taking a order

  This rest area is currently under construction, but still functional. To access the bathrooms, use the second or third door near the main Dunkin’ entrance—signs are clearly posted. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. It’s a convenient and pleasant stop despite the ongoing work.
