We ordered a cappuccino, and it was almost all milk — the coffee was very light and had no real flavor. We politely asked the employee if she could add a little more black coffee to fix it. Her response was completely unacceptable: she said she couldn’t do it, that we would have to buy another drink or call corporate and file a complaint. The attitude was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. There was absolutely no effort to resolve a very simple issue or to provide basic customer service. Customers should not be treated this way, especially over something so small. This kind of service is unfair and disappointing. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it if you expect respectful treatment and quality service.
