  This is the 3rd time I've placed a mobile order, and when I arrive im told my LG Frosty is not available it cost $4.19 & they try to offer me a fountain soda in its place. When I refuse and ask for a refund of my frosty. Im informed that I have to cancel the whole order & put another order in. Since I just spent $16 & will have to wait 2-3 days to get reimbursed, Im out my $ dont have anything to eat, if that wasn't bad enough as soon as I pull off & hit cancel on the mobile order it says "Opps there seems to be an issue" I hit OK to try again, and it gives me a notification stating thanks for your order & changes the screen to show the order was picked up & won't let me cancel it now. Now that it's 1am, nothing else is open & even if something was Open I just wasted the last little bit of $ I had. Thanks Wendy's now I'm pissed off, hungry, and broke. Im pretty sure thats the opposite of your business model. Might as well be McDonald's with their broke down ice cream machine. This was the last straw. Once I get my refund, if I even get it...Ill be reaching out to corporate tomorrow. Once or twice over time I can understand but 3 visits in a row, is ridiculous. Looks like whoever does your truck orders & inventory is subpar at best.

  Wendy's was fine today...service friendly but slow. Employees appeared overworked and under appreciated. Food was as ordered. Just not like when Dave owned it.

  Excellent service and quality! Everything was prepared just right, and the staff was very welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Highly recommend!☀️
