    Baconator breakfast sandwich is good! Drive thru was fast, efficient, correct, and most importantly even smilled.

    I ordered a Dave’s Single, which already comes with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I specifically asked for only lettuce and tomato, yet I was charged as if those items were added separately. I asked, “Doesn’t the Dave’s Single already come with lettuce and tomato?” I was told it was a glitch and that nothing could be done about it. I responded that something clearly needed to be done, and the employee responded with an attitude, asking, “Well, do you still want the burger?” I like Wendy’s, but considering the cost of everything, the incorrect charge, and the attitude on top of it, the experience was unacceptable. Wendy’s will not get another dollar from me.

    Really appreciated guy at the dt window asking me to taste my iced coffee before driving away to be sure I liked it and was told he'd remake if I didn't. I don't normally do Wendy's breakfast but will be adding this location in my rotation.

    Chicken sandwich was burnt, fish sandwich was burnt fries ice cold tried to get them to fix it but all the employees were standing outside the drive through smoking and vaping was very disgusting. The inside were we sat we had to clean the table. The whole place was bad. When they finally came back inside not one employee washed there hands and none put on gloves to prepare the food. They only stayed inside long enough to prepare a drive through order. Then they went right back out to smoke and vape. Very very disgusting place.

    Placed a paid mobile order and arrived expecting a quick pickup, but this location turned it into a 40-minute ordeal. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times at the speaker just to be acknowledged, then were told to pull forward despite no one being ahead of us. Our order had already been on their screen for about 20 minutes before we even got there, yet we still waited nearly another 20 minutes for a very small order. When the employee finally brought the food out, the interaction was rude and dismissive. We were asked what the order was, and the bag was shoved toward the car instead of handed over, nearly spilling the contents. The employee also appeared visibly impaired and uninterested in doing the job, which made the entire experience even more concerning. After all that waiting, the food was stale and clearly not fresh. This location seriously needs better management and accountability.
