  Blanca (if I remember correctly) was so incredibly sweet! Even though the drive through was wrapped and the lobby was busy she was very kind and attentive and she deserves recognition! Thank you!

  10pm Going through the drive thru, Says they have no potato's but you're open till 3am. Is it really had to drop some potato's? You're telling me from 10pm-close (3am) you're not going to use up all the potato's? That's pure laziness. (Coming from someone that worked at a Taco bell, having to drop them even if it was a hour before close. It did not matter) Asked If I wanted sauces and said Fire but got home and no sauces were in the bag.

  To be fair, this is our favorite Taco Bell. They really hustle behind that counter and we have NEVER received a wrong order or a bad meal at this restaurant. But... Today, we watched as a family brought a small dog into the restaurant in a dog stroller. They parked the stroller right beside their table that was located near the drink station. Every time anyone walked to the counter or to get drinks, the dog would bark loudly. This went on throughout our entire meal. The on/off barking frightened many customers and irritated everyone else. Today was NOT a good dine-in experience at all. Perhaps Management can review Florida law concerning animals inside the restaurant? Maybe signage on the doors would help? Maybe even a few tables outside? Just not at all the excellent service we're accustomed to at this restaurant.

  Went to Taco Bell tonight ordered two orders of the street Chalupa‘s two cheesy roll ups and a chicken avocado stacker got home. The two orders of Chalupa‘s were so overcooked. They were impossible to eat and had literally no filling in them. The cheesy roll ups had hardly any filling in them and the chicken stacker also had hardly any filling in it. They were really busy so I figured it was just because they were busy called the store to Ask if I could get it replaced or a refund was told by two different people they were the manager, one a woman and one a man neither of them would give me their names both of which hung up on me called back several times just to be hung up on repeatedly. I wasn’t being rude or belligerent I was being very nice just asking if I could get my money back or the items replaced even said I would bring the items back in tomorrow just wasn’t going to come back tonight because I have a small child with me and it’s a school night when I called back to Ask why they were hanging up on me. They just simply hung up on me again we’ll be going to the store first thing in the morning to speak to an actual manager and if I was speaking to management, that’s even sadder but all I’m interested in getting is my money back and I will not go back to that location ever again very rude. Very disrespectful and the food was very disappointing. They tried to tell me well we don’t put very much stuff in it. They don’t let us, but the thing is as I was there two days ago got the same street Chalupa‘s for the first time thought they were awesome so that’s why I went back tonight to get some for me and my friend won’t happen again at that location unbelievably disrespectful employees who answered the phone
