  Food was good, packaged well, and they gave napkins and sauce which is a plus.

  I am giving them 4 stars because you used to be able to switch out the cinnamon twists for the chips and cheese at no additional cost. Now it's $1.20 extra to switch.

  this place is disrespectful and had stuff all over the floor. everybody’s yelling and cussing. managers need to get their shit together and fix this place

  We ordered three Supreme Luxe Boxes, and every single one was missing the chicken chalupas. I attempted to call the restaurant, but the line stayed busy the entire time. This is extremely disappointing and poor service. Please fix this.

  Person taking the orders through the drive-thru acted like it was an inconvenience that we didn't order through the app, the food was a joke. Steak Grilled cheese stuffed burrito was 99% rice with 3 maybe 4 of the littlest pieces of steak, cheese quesadilla had so much lettuce and rice on it it may as well have been a taco, beefy 5 layer was smaller then their average soft taco and that's after they forgot to put it in the bag ( exactly why everything gets checked before leaving the parking lot) and the crunch wrap supreme was just lettuce, sour cream and a flat hardshell wrapped in a soft shell. And when we went back in to get the food they didn't out in the bag that they charged for they had a nasty attitude.
