  It was a bad experience. The employee prepared my order—which was supposed to be an online order—only after serving three customers who were waiting in line, even though the system indicated that it was ready for pickup. On top of that, he spoke to me in a hostile manner in front of the other employees.

  Sunday 22/2026 at 1:00 pm We had a bad experience with the only employee working at this time, we never experienced someone with such a horrible attitude! After finishing to prepare my sandwich he started to wrapped, wothout asking for dressing..I asked him to please put some olive oil , and he responded that it was not room for dressing, then i ask to put it on the side, he did not and said that if I don’t like it he can cancel my order.. I was like what?? I could not believe this attitude, when we sat down in a hight pitch voice he said “Not dining here” I am going to my lunch! Please educate the employees to be polite There is not need for this kind of rudeness

  I eat here all the time. I get along with everybody but the young man working tonight was extremely rude for no reason. His name's Jose and he's only been working there for a couple weeks. He just walked around the back when I made my order and refused to serve me. Extremely unprofessional. He obviously has some kind of personal problem.

  The bread of my sub was Dry and Hard. Usually when I eat at Subway my subs have been nice and soft.
