  Was here with my wife the other night and let me tell you, Tyler was an amazing server. We already got let down by beef o bradys earlier on in the night and you guys definitely made up for it. Thank you so much and the food was delicious.

  Went for a special occasion as I was going to propose, was seated fairly quickly, gave our drink order,then it began,took forever to take our order then when we were able to order never got our appetizer salads came and maybe 45 minutes our steaks came and still no appetizer and I asked several times here when it gets fun,we were brought the wrong entrées, so we waited another 30 minutes, and they were cooked wrong and guess what..no appetizer...and I didn't propose tonher..thanks outback

  Like I'm a regular I come here all the time but lately when I be asking for extra garlic butter because I love their garlic butter with my steak and I dip it okay I pay for one which is a dollar and then I asked for like extra like a couple of extra and they gave me two little small cups. First of all, dollar doesn't even pay for those two small cups cuz they're not even full. Doesn't even work on all the steak. I told them I will pay for all the ones I want but don't say you give me extra and there and then I come home and there's not extra like I personally think paying a dollar for one is ridiculous and they don't even fill the cups up. They give you a little teaspoon do better guys because I do come here and spend a lot of money with y'all.

  Had 5:45 on wait list. Sat 10 minutes later, friends came about 6m and we ordered a blooming onion along with our meals. 40 minutes no onion We told waiter Will we had a 7:30 show to go to and he said he'd bring when onion came. 6:50 got onion and about 7pm rest of food We are little asked for boxes .manager said she would comp the onion and did. We got our AARP discount. This was the 2nd time in a month for this treatment. There won't be a third

  Got in at noon on a Saturday, three other groups of people were there only, Immediately got our drinks, then we Waited 45 minutes to place our order. already was thinking I should have left due to the time, I flagged down another waitress to get our waitress's attention to order. When the food arrived I looked at my order of a burger, Nice layer of cheese on it and bacon, but the long black hair stood out on the white cheese. Instantly said no, and to take it back, Girl who brought out our food saw the hair I even showed her and she went yeah eww I wouldn't eat that either. Manager later came and was like we couldn't find any hair, they brought the burger back to me to "point it out" Of course the hair was "gone" Spent a hour and a half to get served no edible food. Manager Tried to make me feel like I was the issue, so I had had it, I mentioned the time I waited to even order, and for it to be wrong and then to be made to feel like I was the issue was enough. Paid for my order and left. I will not be back. On another time previously: Me and several co workers went to celebrate we decided for us all to get steaks. Our steaks came and were cold as ice, rare, and we said no, the same manager, told me and several co workers why the steak was perfect and cooked to perfection due to their Clam shells they cook it in. (not a grill) But when a Steak comes that is cold as ice, rare when you order medium Rare and you get the biggest steak they offer and wanting to enjoy yourself. You being told its Perfect and correct by the person whos not gonna eat it is a slap in the face. After that bad experience, and then the one yesterday. Never going back.
