  I order through the app assuming it’s the most fool proof way of getting a correct order because you literally just read and fulfill. You then get an immediate notification that your food is ready. It isn’t but we didn’t have to wait too long either. Our food is brought out and we ordered 3 meals with sauces. There were 3 drinks but only 2 meals. Lady had to go back to get missing meal and bring it back out. Asked if there was sweet sour sauce in bag. No she had to give us some off her tray. Then come to find out when getting home they didn’t give the 2 sauces for the kpop meal. That’s one of the whole reasons for trying the meal. Such a sad joke. Also as soon as we were given our food we tasted a fry and they were old tasting and cold.

  I have had the most unpleasant experience here. I waited 37 minutes for cold food. The manager along with the staff all seemed to be demoralized. No urgency, no enthusiasm, all seemed they rather be home than doing a job they are being PAID to do. Lastly, the smell of marijuana was quite evident on most if not all the staff. Very unprofessional.

  Waiting for almost 30 mins to pick up my Uber Eats orders , accepted one while waiting and got that before my first one.. not one person said anything to me . Waited on cookie. I was concerned about the cleaners near the food and drink area ( coffee) . People were nice, they were busy but they were more busy clearing out the drive thru instead orders waiting in the dining room . That messes with my money not cool . Which I lost while standing there for over 30 minutes.

  I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and got no meat on the bagel at all. This is utterly wrong.

  I just came from this McDonald's about a half an hour ago. The young man in the drive through about to take my order was completely rude. I seriously didn't even get a chance to order. I feel like why spend my money here when I'm getting treated with ignorance as soon as I enter the drive thru. If you don't like to do your job, why are you working at a fast food environment? This McDonald's needs to hire people who actually love to do their job even when sometimes it can be difficult. But the attitudes these workers have are so unnecessary. Management needs to do better when it comes to service and atmosphere!
