Service was fine but they gave me the completely wrong order, which was less food then i actually ordered. Ive contacted the management emails, because they don’t answer the phone. I don’t blame the employees for a small mistake but it seems like I wont get a refund.

Waited 30 minutes for two happy meals and then decided to cancel the order after hearing other people that had waited 45 minutes and still hadn’t gotten their food

If I could give 0 (zero) stars, I would. 45 minutes to receive a glass if tea and a breakfast sandwich after ordering at the sel-service kiosk. No option for any personnel to take orders/run registers at this location. Only self-service. An awful experience, and will NEVER come to this store again. What happened to McDonald's legacy of efficiency? I've seen the movie all about it...I think I'll start going anywhere other than McDonald's for breakfast from here on out!

On March 1 at 4:00 PM, I arrived at the drive-thru at this McDonald’s and got in the left of the two lanes. At first I sat in my car for about a minute just waiting because no one was responding. Then I heard someone say, “A couple minutes please.” In the end, after about four minutes, they finally decided to take my order, but the girl could not understand it.
My order was very simple: three cheeseburgers and one milkshake. For some reason she thought I was asking for Sprite and other things, which in my opinion are not very similar words. Then I started raising my voice a little while ordering so she could finally hear me. In response, she was rude to me and stopped answering.
By the way, during this time they had already served about four or five customers in the right lane.
Then a second employee spoke to me in a very rude and fake tone. When I drove up to the payment window and started asking for their names, she barely understood what I was asking. I have very strong suspicions that they might have been intoxicated.
One of them was named Bella, because I saw the name on her badge. She refused to give me the name of the first employee who was rude to me.
I have not been impressed with the service quality at McDonald’s for a long time, but this was completely unacceptable. The food was also terrible, and it even made me wonder if something had been intentionally added to it.
I will not be going to McDonald’s again.
