  My sister told me today that a 5 guys burger was $15. I was aghast! The audacity of any fast food place to charge this much. I go online through their myriad of pages and buttons to finally locate a price- and lo and behold the burger pre-tax is over $13. What is this world coming to? And it seems like the site uses AI. These companies should be held accountable and prevented from using AI since it's going to create water scarcity and probably kill people. You can get a whole pack of beef to make four burgers at home for $12 that is locally raised and grass fed. To hell with these places.

  The person at the register kept asking and pushing for a tip when I went to pay. She said "remember what ever you tip will be split between (she proceeds to count the employees) the six of us. She said this more than once. It is one thing to have the tip jar out on the counter and also you are asked when you pay by card; however, it is another thing to repeatedly ASK and define how it will be split. It was a definite turn off for sure.

  Attention to details, customer service, and employee wellbeing went right out the door along with the previous general manager. This store is/has been run so far into the ground that employee morale is disgustingly low and the only concern being led anymore is to shareholder value. Fryer has been broken for months, our hot table is both broken (cold) and too small to accommodate Ocala’s growth to efficiently place orders and maintain freshness, and our potato cutter hasn’t been in adequate operation for months. The only reason this store still in operation is because of the handful of remaining employees who don’t know any better than to jump a sinking ship. Who would have conceived that a general manager is necessary to appropriately and effectively run an efficient store! Also the vegetables for gluten free options come out the same cases as the non-gluten free toppings. I wouldn’t allow a gluten free individual that I love eat here. I’ve tried to fix every one of these issues and nobody high enough cares. The average customer couldn’t even imagine the array of issues that minimum wage workers here solve on a daily basis.
