Then I didn’t even receive everything I ordered, I had to ask twice for some of my order as well as sauce. Understaffing is definitely a problem, so I suppose it may be easier to order ahead and pick up. However, after my experience, I wouldn’t trust to eat the food.

I don't like using the kiosk things, because I think they're stupid and prefer to do things in person. We went up to the registers, and no one was there. I saw the workers making food and everything, and I know they saw me up there, but no one said a word to me. Didn't say "hi," didn't say "I'll be with you in a moment," nothing. No acknowledgement of any kind. This just made me feel invisible, and like a bad mom because my son was wanting fries and chicken. I decided to leave because NO ONE in that whole establishment knew how to work a register, apparently.
