As I'm at the drive thru window looking for somebody to simply tell me what is going on with the food I already paid for I receive a nasty attitude from an employee sitting in their vehicle outside. She said "ma'am can you not read the sign says we're closed". Now I get to spend tomorrow on the phone with support for a refund because the app took payment without notifying me the store wasnt even open. Won't be coming back because now im angry and starving and I wasted money on food and gas to leave empty handed.
