We simply asked for an extra ranch - she yelled at us we would have to pay for it. We expressed multiple times we were happy to pay for the 1 extra ranch sauce. Sadly, she continued to yell and say we only paid for one. Yes, we were aware we paid for 1 ranch. We were simply asking to purchase another ranch sauce. She acted so crazy and yelled at us to “get out of her store and never come back.” I have never seen a person act that way over someone wanting to purchase more food. She acted this way in front of my 6 & 8 year old children. Please NEVER go to this Wendy’s! If I could give zero stars I would.
