- OOOwlLaighing Oops4 days ago1.0Online order my drink, they delivered it to the wrong address and wouldn’t give me my refund even though I have photo proof.
- BMBlue Marrr4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service, my order never was delivered and it was placed through the app, protocol with DoorDash and the store it delivers for is that if I ordered through the store app, the store should refund me not DoorDash because DoorDash just has my contact information not my payment method, when I called this tropical smoothie cafe location they were very rude and cut me off before I could even explain the mistake the delivery person made by delivering to the wrong building and wrong apartment door, I was just told to take it up to DoorDash, which I did… and when DoorDash called the store and tried to communicate with the manager they were hostile and rude to the DoorDash agent, and then hung up the phone with no regard toward what he was trying to say. I have all the receipts to prove it.

Not thick. Rock hard. How is that even allowed to be served to a customer? I didn’t have time to wait around for it to thaw or go back and get it remade, so now I basically don’t get to eat lunch. When you only get 30 minutes, you expect your food to actually be edible. This was a complete waste of time and money. I won’t be returning after this. I’ll be taking my business to Smoothie King instead. Super disappointing.
