Myself and my 4 young children came in to order food for the night, she was very impatient with us while deciding what we wanted to order. She didn’t give us any recommendations it was obvious we were trying something new. She threw our food on our subs very sloppy as if she were frustrated with us being undecided. I felt rushed and the experience was a 1 out of 5.

I'm at the counter waiting. Both of the women saw me and ignored me. The younger lady ignored me while she was labeling pans by the slicer. Not a hello, I'll be right with you, nothing. They saw me come in. Pathetic. Maybe the manager should explain to them about guest/customer focus and how customers take precedent over labeling, dating and rotating stock. WE COME FIRST!
