Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been very poor—it feels like no one there wants to work. On top of that, the bread is never fresh. Every bite is extremely hard, almost like biting into a rock, making it very difficult to chew. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience.

Have always given her the benefit of maybe she’s having a bad day. No one has that many bad days. I will not leave another tip on my order. We walked in told her it was for a pick up and she still made not one but two other sandwiches before deciding that she could walk and grab my order. No smile from her, just a scowl.

No point in mobile ordering still have to wait because they didnt even start it and have people at the counter. Not her fault, somebody is trying to save labor hours and run a store with one single person.
