The cashier was also very kind and quick so service was amazing. With only the store being small in the area, at least the food was great to have especially on a pre-order. If out of curiosity, I had the meat lovers melt which came with Marinara and added some garlic dipping sauce as well. Very nice different flavors to have.

When I arrived, I was told they had accidentally given my order to a DoorDasher with a similar name. The cashier spoke to the manager then let me know they’d need to remake the order, which would take another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our food until 8:04 PM. What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude—unapologetic and dismissive. I even overheard her say, “We aren’t giving any discounts, we’re busy.” Thankfully, the younger staff members were more understanding and offered free cheesy bread to make up for the inconvenience. Still, the lack of accountability and poor customer service from management means I won’t be returning. They lost a customer tonight.
