  The person that took my order didn't get it correct. Everyone at the store when I picked up my pizza had a great attitude and great service. Even though the person on the phone gave me the wrong crust of pizza was still very good.

  Order disappeared into thin air, kept getting directed to different Pizza huts. The first time I called them I spoke to Adrian who said she would credit the oder using the stores number and the order would not be under my name but we would get the food. I provide her the shipping address at the end and she says oh we don't ship there. Then the reroute start to end up back to the same person same store. They're indeed the ones who ship to the address. They refuse to give the food or the money back, refuse to give the store ID number so I can report this transaction, and refuse to give their last name. The girl at front is litterally the person I spoke to on the phone who lied about the whole credit thing saying that didn't happen. If it's not something she could do she should've just said so. This location is scamming and I will be reporting it.

  Cashier was fast to find my pick up order. Paying in store worked very easily and received my food, nice, hot, and fresh with the items I ordered. The cashier was also very kind and quick so service was amazing. With only the store being small in the area, at least the food was great to have especially on a pre-order. If out of curiosity, I had the meat lovers melt which came with Marinara and added some garlic dipping sauce as well. Very nice different flavors to have.

  Disappointed with the service tonight. I placed an order at 7:04 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 7:19 PM. When I arrived, I was told they had accidentally given my order to a DoorDasher with a similar name. The cashier spoke to the manager then let me know they’d need to remake the order, which would take another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our food until 8:04 PM. What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude—unapologetic and dismissive. I even overheard her say, “We aren’t giving any discounts, we’re busy.” Thankfully, the younger staff members were more understanding and offered free cheesy bread to make up for the inconvenience. Still, the lack of accountability and poor customer service from management means I won’t be returning. They lost a customer tonight.
