  We order a pizza. I go to pick it up at the time they told me to. When I get there, they tell me it’s going to be another 30 minutes and apologize, saying they’re really busy. I understand, so I go sit in my truck because there’s nowhere to sit inside. 35 minutes later, I go back in and they tell me it’s going to be another 25 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid, I’d tell them to keep it. Worked 10 hours today. Just want to go home, eat, and shower, but instead I’m stuck in Papa John’s parking lot.

  I ordered a medium double pepperoni pan pizza. I was supposed to get a text message when it was ready but never got one. I wasn't given the pizza or allowed to examine it before I paid for it. Pizza hut always shows you the pizza before paying for it. When I looked at it heading out the door it did not look like double pepperoni. I went back in and asked if that was double pepperoni while showing the pizza to the clerk. He lied to me and siad it was. I asked how many slices is regular for a medium. He said 32; therefore, double should be 64. I proceeded to count in front of him and didn't even reach 40. When the manager at the store heard what was going on all she could do is look at me like "Damn he caught me." It was suggested I could wait around for another 15 minutes for them to make the right pizza after I caught their lies. I was tired and hungry and had already waited 30 minutes. When I got home and started eating it, I found the dough was raw in the middle. I threw it out. This is the worst pan pizza ever. If you want pan pizza stick with the OG's at pizza hut or go to Chicago and never go to this store.

  Ordered a large hamburger, jalapeño, onion pizza. The worst pizza ever!! No meat, except one piece you could actually see a sign of some hamburger. So disappointing, called manager to see how they make them. He stated they use 2 cups of hamburger on a large pizza. I would almost say they left off the hamburger if not for the one piece with signs of meat. First time for a jalapeño, onion pizza…. Not good!

  I really like really good pizza. the wings super well I prepare them just as I wanted the customer service is very friendly. I am very sorry for the experience we had when we found. half of what looks like cockroach spend more than 70 dollars and end up eating instant soup
