  I was looking at this “half” of an order of soup with the apple on it for a few minutes before I realized what was wrong. You used to be able to go to Panera, pay like $10 and get a pick 2 that was half of an order of soup and half of a sandwich. Having not been in a while I was shocked to find it cost close to $14 for a third of a bowl of soup and half of a sandwich that was also disappointing. For the same price I can get a soup and half a sub from Publix. Panera used to be one of my favorites but now it’s just sad to see so many people paying increased prices for less food made with lower quality ingredients.

  Bought over $120 of food 4 days in advance to bring to a customer meeting (two family meals) even tipped them well..... couldnt even give me plates and utensils with the order. Very unhelpful staff. Had to stop by target and get these items seperately. Shame the customer service wasnt better since I'll be doing this frequently. Terrible experience!

  We got a Caprese sandwich and I got the french ciabatta. The Ciabatta french sandwich was really good, although missing a bit of flavor and the caprese was good, but would not order it.

  The music is way too loud for someone that’s trying to handle business or study. The manager said they do not have access to the volume and that they would email the corporate office to request to lower music on a Sunday, sad. Lake Mary Sun Drive

  For the most part, the food was decent. However, the chili tasted off. It was really dark in color like it been sitting in a pit too long. When I tasted it, it was not great! It had a odd taste but I tried not to complain but I couldnt eat it all. I went to the staff and inquired about the chili. The chili is frozen and thawed in facility. Not sure how long it sits either. When I said it tasted bad, the lady just said sorry. I will never purchase the chili again. If I didnt have gift cards, I probably wont be back anytime soon, either. It is really off putting to find out the soup is just frozen processed food with no real flavor. Add to note, tables and chairs stay dirty here unless you clean it. I had to wipe my own table. The time it took to eat my meal, no one came out to check the tables. There is a pile of dirty dishes at the trash station! Very disappointing!
