Twice with DoorDash, and once at the drive thru. This time, they left the soup out from my pick 2 sandwich/soup combo. My wife and I spent all almost $60 on this order, and it's way too expensive and too much of an inconvenience and waste of time for this to keep happening like this. The only thing the manager offered was to refund the soup only, despite it being half the meal that wad ruined. And despite the service fees I had to pay Door Dash for an incomplete order. She refused to acknowledge that this is an ongoing issue and did less than the bare minimum to compensate for their mistake. Absolutely done with Panera Bread.

The store is always clean, the food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are so friendly and professional. I don’t live here but I enjoy extended visits several times a year and this is always on my must do lust. Thank you for always being so great!
