  This place doesnt deserve nothing. The quality of food was terrible. The menu choices were not many. Everything was way overpriced for the quality. It was longhorn texas road house pricing but cracker barrel bob evans quality. Im disappointed. I paid over 70$ for 2 people and the quality was so poor. We were sat near the bathrooms when the entire restaurant was empty. The server came a few times to the table I had to flag someone down for straws and not once offered any to go drinks. The meat wasn't even juicy, their new corn was horrible and the salad smelled like fish. Im currently trying the desert the meal came with and this is distasteful as well. We stopped coming here for years because we found a piece of hair on our steak. We should have stayed away. Not worth your hard earned money

  Waitress was great but when we walked in, 6 people were in line waiting to get seated. There were only 4 tables of people in the restaurant!!!!!! It was almost empty. Then the hostess told us we would have to wait a while?????? I asked for the manager and the manager said, " well I just clocked in" ????? What the????? Sad way to run a business. No wonder nobody was eating there!

  I have ordered a full rack of ribs and a loaded potato. I had asked the potato to be assembled after it was cooked. When I had picked it up, the ribs were raw and the potato wasn't assembled. I returned to have my food to be corrected. When speaking with a server, they had told me that the grill was broken and that was the best they could do before going and getting a manager. The manager seemed to be upset that I was there and asked me "What do you want us to do? Put it in the microwave. If you ordered it again, it will come out the same way." I asked to be refunded and to have a new potato made as the flavor profile changes depending on how fresh the potato is when you add the toppings. All they did was microwave the potato with the toppings on it and told me that it was a new one. It is a major food safety hazard to be serving raw meat to customers. And its poor management skills to be upset at a customer for not wanting to eat raw meat.

  Made an order through Uber Eats. Ordered Alice Springs Chicken. Way over price for what I received. I went to the restaurant earlier this week and got the lunch portion. It was perfect. Service was great. The order I received from delivery was terrible. Over cooked and burnt on the edges. looked like they took the lunch portion and cut it in half. This isn’t the only time I’ve had problems with Outback takeout and delivery. Managers need to quality control before they send food out for pickup and delivery. Seems like they don’t care if it’s not in the restaurant.

  Want to share that my server Brittany was amazing. She gave awesome suggestions and was on point on keeping up with our table. PLEASE MAKE SURE LEADERSHIP IS ON POINT KEEP THIS SERVER. she most definitely an asset. Also Paige was amazing on coming to our table and checking on us. She also an asset and PLEASE DO NOT RUN THIS ONE OFF EITHER. With those two they are awesome asset that is needed in the restaurant industry. Also that nasty smell yall use to have was gone so whatever you guys did to get rid of that smell PLEASE KEEP THAT UP.
