  The food is always amazing. Trying to get a table at this place is ridiculous. Any other restaurant even when it's peak hours and busy Friday and Saturday night etc. it's two and a half hours from the time I arrived till the time I left The frustrating part is, I can see empty clean tables. Why is anyone waiting for that matter. So this was officially my last visit at this location. Not sure what the issue is they only seat part of the restaurant. Lack of staff? In the least when you have potential guests waiting, I say potential, because I watched 3 couples walk off after thirty minutes. Offer waiting people drinks. I don't know, I don't have to go back so I'm not sure why I'm still stressing about it.

  Got in at noon on a Saturday, three other groups of people were there only, Immediately got our drinks, then we Waited 45 minutes to place our order. already was thinking I should have left due to the time, I flagged down another waitress to get our waitress's attention to order. When the food arrived I looked at my order of a burger, Nice layer of cheese on it and bacon, but the long black hair stood out on the white cheese. Instantly said no, and to take it back, Girl who brought out our food saw the hair I even showed her and she went yeah eww I wouldn't eat that either. Manager later came and was like we couldn't find any hair, they brought the burger back to me to "point it out" Of course the hair was "gone" Spent a hour and a half to get served no edible food. Manager Tried to make me feel like I was the issue, so I had had it, I mentioned the time I waited to even order, and for it to be wrong and then to be made to feel like I was the issue was enough. Paid for my order and left. I will not be back. On another time previously: Me and several co workers went to celebrate we decided for us all to get steaks. Our steaks came and were cold as ice, rare, and we said no, the same manager, told me and several co workers why the steak was perfect and cooked to perfection due to their Clam shells they cook it in. (not a grill) But when a Steak comes that is cold as ice, rare when you order medium Rare and you get the biggest steak they offer and wanting to enjoy yourself. You being told its Perfect and correct by the person whos not gonna eat it is a slap in the face. After that bad experience, and then the one yesterday. Never going back.

  We came in on a Wednesday evening around 7:45pm and we were sat immediately. Our service from Karen was fabulous! She was attentive, kind, and very personable and even the bar tender was great! Food was fresh and quick. Bathrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. We love going to outback we highly recommend their wedge salad (add a side of tangy tomato) and you must order their coconut shrimp app (so tasty and the shrimps were large), don’t forget the Delmonico Ribeye (the flavors are 10/10). We never order dessert but we’re in the mood for something sweet and the cookie with ice cream was fabulous. Thank you!

  Visited the Silver Springs location this evening with a group of five. We’ve had bad experiences at this location in the past but thought we would give it another try. The waitress was very nice and gave 100% but….it was a veeery long wait for the entrees, had to have the overcooked steak heated in the microwave, one entree was missing a side, part of a bun and toast were almost uneatably hard. The biggest concern was an Alice Springs chicken meal had pieces of fish skin in it. Not a big problem for us but someone allergic to fish could have had a serious reaction. We made the most of it but it was a surprisingly bad experience.

  Well. We went here to eat lunch last Sunday. We got a burger. That's super hard to mess up. We received the Medium Rare burger on time along with our Fried mushrooms. First bite into the burger, I was met with cold and squishy meat. It was raw. Not rare... Raw. Manager came to look at it and agreed. It wasn't the fault of the waiter or the manager but we were in a hurry and left. No big deal. Remember to tip your waiters.. Today, we ordered to go, 1st mistake. We ordered a small kids chicken tender meal and queens chicken and a sweet tea, to go, which came out to be $53... $53 for sub par cold food, dry french fries, bland and dry chicken, microwaved noodles and 3 tiny round tenders the size of half dollar coins.(since when are chicken tenders round anyways?) Something seemed off with the cost. I understand we live in a world today where we keep getting less for more money but please... Have some standards for you food. We, unfortunately, will not be returning.
