I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with Dutch Bros Coffee because I've never been to one before. I ended up downloading their app as I figured it'd be easiest to put in a to go order ahead of time since it's such a busy place. One of the cool things when you install their app is that they give you a free Medium drink after you do that and create a login or whatever. I had to pickup my kid from school the other day and remembered the free drink, so I placed a to go order for the drink. I even tipped a couple dollars, which i do about 50% of the time or less for pickup orders. I showed up a couple minutes after the scheduled pick up time and went to the walk up window. The guy at the window told me they "skipped" my order. I didn't make it a thing but how/why would an order get skipped? Was it because it was a freebie and didn't make the store money? Was the $2 tip not enough for them? Did they not like having to mix 2-3 ingredients to make it? Sorry but that took me back a bit and has me questioning if I'll come back in the future.

I always love going to this location. The staff is always super friendly and on point. Plus I love that they have more than just the regular coffee options as opposed to other places. My favorite is the electric berry rebel. Their sticker drops are a fun little thing too.

The service just gets worse every time I go. You can definitely tell that the corporate teams that came to train everyone in the beginning have slowly left.
The drive thru line is awful to sit in, takes 30 mins to get through the line. You can physically see other team members standing around talking when they could be jumping in to help with the line and or help inside.
Tried the walk up window once and that took 20 mins because one of the girls canceled my drink off the menu and when they realized I was still standing there they argued for 10 mins on who was going to make it.
I really think Gainesville should show this team in Ocala how to work! Or maybe 7brew should come over and show them how it’s done. I’ll drive the extra 10 mins for 7brew to have perfect quality service

I have no idea what the hype is about Dutch Bros. First time I tried it for the first time couple weeks ago, got 2 drinks both had ZERO flavor. Coffee and milk. I reached out and expressed my issues and was sent a freebie so I went back and ordered 2 more drinks. Both different flavors both large. I got one large and one medium, explained issue they said to keep medium while they remake it into large...tell me why yet AGAIN...NO FLAVOR IN LARGE DRINKS. I could taste it in medium, it was okay. I dont understand when you label drinks with flavors customers kinda expect some kind of flavoring in their drinks. Went back today for one more shot and got the brown butter chocolate chip....and AGAIN just tasted like coffee and milk with chocolate chips on top. Huge disappointment definitely not worth the 8$. I would not recommend unfortunately 😕

When this placed first opened we was so excited to go. It was real great at first, employees were super friendly and sweet and the drinks were always made right and fast enough(at least when we went to the window). But recently there has been a drop in everything. Not everyone is rude or passive aggressive but there are a few who are visibly annoyed when they mess up a drink order. The past 4 times we have came there has been a mistake. Either the wrong size, made iced instead of hot, missing flavors/additions, or coffee just tasting sour and unlike usual. We keep coming because we loved the experience at first. I just hope things are improved and maybe we are just getting the mess ups by chance. Overall still love this addition here in town, and hope this location continues to grow and improve.

How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
