  The lady working the front desk when I ordered my drink I told her exactly what size I wanted and I saw it said medium on the register and I asked her about it and she said I didn’t say what size she was rude and disrespectful for no reason at all over one simple question

  This bee situation is completely unacceptable. Every single day there are swarms of bees outside and a shocking number of them inside the building, especially around the drink and straw area. While I’m trying to order or pick up my drink, bees are flying directly in my face and my children’s faces. This has been going on for months. Not days. Months. The employees are standing there trying to work with bees flying around them constantly. It feels unsafe and honestly negligent at this point. I spend a significant amount of money here because I enjoy this location, but no customer — or employee — should feel like they’re risking getting stung just to buy a drink. This needs to be addressed immediately

  Terrible service, stood at the counter a good 7 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and all they were doing was walking and laughing so I left but it sucks because I wanted to get alot of items for me and my mom.

  The food was horrible. I was starving and I wanted to get something while I was on the road and the only place I was close by. Was this Dunkin’ Donuts at the moment I was like hell whatever I’ll risk it so I go there and get a cappuccino with a thing of vanilla in it that’s completely undrinkable. It taste like straight burnt vanilla Syrup. I didn’t ask them to do more than one pump or anything that I just told him I wanted that as a flavoring then I got their breakfast sandwich was stale and soggy, and their potatoes are awful. They taste like they’ve been sitting in a freezer for three years and then they popped it in the microwave and gave it to me never going again to any Dunkin’ Donuts I’m holding back from vomiting

  So my drink has no sugar, I went in, they poured sugar, but the problem other than the cashier actitud is that the person that made the coffee poured more coffee mix than the rest now is impossible to drink, wasted my money on this place.
