  I have always loved this dunkin and the workers. Today must be an off day. I ordered a caramel swirl. It had little to no ice. The coffee was room temperature, yuck. I went back through the drive through and asked for a cup of ice at which I was told it would be $.51. I explained I had little to no ice in my drink and that it was warm, showed the window staff my drink. He then says he can give me a small cup, I said that would be fine. I had no idea that cup is the size of spit cup and was given approx 6-8 ice cubes. Ridiculous. I still gave 5 stars because I was mad enough today to give only 1 and write a review but never gave the workers the 5 stars for all the times they were totally awesome! Thank you for what you do! I appreciate everyone of ya'll. God Bless.

  My was Order #3960 (check registers numbers to see who took my order), I had asked for a half dozen donuts and a small warm coffee with cream and sugar. Mind you the cashier had an attitude from the beginning but I still decided to pass it off as she was just working hard. But when she finished getting my order, she was quick with the donuts but not the coffee. After waiting 10 minutes I had asked her where was my coffee and if she had put it in the order since I didnt see it being made. After asking she just proceeded to say yes and walked away to go take a picture of the donut case and go back to the back of the shop to talk to one of her coworkers. The only thing that made my mood better was the poor girl working the drinks for the drive through who decided to After she was caught up with her orders, help us get a coffee that only took less than a minute to make. While again the cashier girl proceeded to just stare and do nothing. Talk about team work? Needs to be train better!

  Honestly everything was fine I simply got a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a cup of ice I’ll definitely try coming back again some other time as long as the store manager yes the store manager or that’s what her name tag said is not in the window she charged me 51 cents for a cup of ice and I’m ok with that but when you give me a half filled cup then roll your eyes walk away and have such a mean and vulgar attitude after I already payed for my items that’s just unacceptable and completely astonishing to me
