He made a hot decaf coffee instead of iced (which was on the label, so he took the order correctly). I asked for no wrap, just the bacon egg and cheese, as I'm gf and he was a little confused, but it was done, although the cheese was a little burnt (which actually gave it some more flavor). I had to ask for a fork and knife (you would think if there is no wrap), and he actually said you want both? Um, yeah. And I never got the hash browns so back up to ask for that. Annoying. The place was not cleaned up. They clearly needed more help.
