I can say the first time in Dunking Donuts I wait over than 10' in the line , waiting for some one take care of the clients. Day was Saturday around 9 : 30 am and 3 of 7 people, abandoned the line, because frustration that nobody answer our claims for service. Instead we observed than 5 employees paid attention over 80% of the time to Drive True clients. Product very good like usual

I placed an order, and the person who took it ignored me and got my order wrong. When I went back to reorder the items that weren’t included, the guy just walked away to get the manager. When the manager arrived, she asked what was wrong, and I told her I just wanted to order what he had left out. After all that, he had an attitude and a mad face, which I don't understand because he was the one who messed up my order. Then, after everything, my son and I sat down to eat. They all started talking and making fun of what happened, making a big deal out of everything. The manager was there too, joking and laughing with them, and we were sitting right there in the shop, with the whole place listening to them making fun of us. I will never go back to any Dunking Donut's. First and last experience. They should have a better training for customer service.

I wanted a frozen coffee, and then I seen they had cookie butter flavoring in a latte and they were able to create be a phenomenal frozen coffee with cookie butter swirl for me and it's the best drink I've ever tasted. Thank you so much.
