Instead of fixing it properly, the employee used another tortilla, broke the burrito, then used a third tortilla to wrap it. The burrito was a total mess and went straight into the garbage. On top of that, a white lady pretending to be a bossy manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. No apology, no care for the customer experience. I am never going back, and I strongly suggest to everyone save your money and eat somewhere else. Total waste.
