Waited to be helped when no one was in line. They were horsing around, playing amongst themselves and couldn't seem to get things together so we could get food and eat. Just a heads up...hopefully your experience will be different. Not sure if we'd return. Also watch your surroundings at night as there was people outside asking for money.

Corporate needs to pay attention to this location because it’s costing business. 11:50am on a Wednesday. It’s not even super busy and they out of white rice, brown rice, sautéed peppers, one of their proteins. I waited in line for 10-15 mins for no reason. Can’t get half of the items in my order for another 45 mins. I’ve had so many issues with to go orders being 15-30 minutes late and poor management of the line in the past. Shame on me for continuing to come back I guess. The SR 40 location doesn’t an exceptional job. Can you guys get some decent management in here please? I’ve never even see a leader in this location. No one’s walking around doing quality control. It’s your job as a manager to manage stock and efficiency. Especially if it’s busy, jump in and lead.
