As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When I asked for a refund, she said she couldn’t give me anything with proof that it was sent back to my card so I asked her to write it down for proof and she caught a nasty attitude. I wish It would let me add these pictures. Definitely do not recommend

The burger was cold, the fries had spot of cheese on them, the chicken bites were hard crunchy pebbles, I could go on, the only person that was nice was the gentleman passing out the food at the window, I was going to call to request a refund but my husband said it wasn't worth the time. I think I still may call.
