Food was decent, but the customer service was awful. My family and I genuinely felt like we were bothering them the whole time we were ordering not a smile once no one would answer our questions we felt ignored. It was our first time and my fiancé ended up ordering a complete meal he didn’t like and ended up going somewhere else cause he felt uncomfortable even asking questions on what to get. Do better

Absolutely disgusted with the fact that this is how this location portions out their food. Ordered a chicken and steak bowl with rice. And this is literally what I'm given. Had I been in the store receiving the order, this would be addressed on the spot. $14.... Y'all need to do better. I will be getting in contact with corporate.

We have had so many issues with this place!! This is the last straw. My husband went to pickup our food order which was supposed to be done at 8:30. He checked in and asked for our food. They told him it wasn’t ready yet. He sat there for an hour and they found our order that was sitting on a random table not at the to go station. Food cannot safely sit at room temperature for that long, it is against health code. This is not the first time we’ve gotten cold food from Cava. We will not be back and will ask for a refund for this order because we will not risk getting food poisoning to eat it.
P.S. there is no way to request a refund. Not in the app. Not via email. And if you call the restaurant, they just let the phone ring and ring and never pick up. This is disgraceful.
