  Quite surprised at the value of the "small plates" choices and quality at lunch here. I chose the shrimp scampi, parmesan salad and lentil sausage soup for lunch. Choice of small entree, salad and a hearty bowl of soup. Waitress was very attentive and everything was made fresh. Delicious! I will be going back soon!!

  Out visit to Carabba's Italian Grill was pleasant and relaxing. We arrived at 4:30 to a lively atmosphere, yet not too many people at that time. By the time we left everyone had piled in. Our hostess was friendly and accommodating. She recommended dishes and specials. I asked for a dish that I could customize which she was happy to help with suggestions. The food was very good and fresh. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Carabba's Italian Grill !!

  Bree(sp) and Abby (sp) at Carrabba’s in Ocala provided truly stand-up service. I’ve dealt with Bree twice now, and she always has a smile on her face. She’s incredibly accommodating, very professional, and just overall so sweet to deal with. Abby was just as warm and welcoming—I honestly felt like I was talking to family. They both made the experience exceptional. Five stars all the way!

  The first time I went to a carabas, the host told me to turn around and go to Chick-fil-A I was very upset and I had reached out and left a negative review on websites, but the manager had reached out to me and had offered to take care of my meal and to have me return so I can repeat my experience. I would like to say that I had a very good repeat experience. It definitely made up for the first bad experience. I had with a host. I'm glad that I gave this restaurant a second chance. And I would recommend carrabbas to anyone in the area looking for a decent Italian meal as most of the Italian restaurants nowadays are closed. I would like to thank the manager of the carabas in Stuart, Florida for her hospitality and management experience reaching out about concerned guests. I appreciate good management skills.

  Carrabbas has always been one of our favorite restaurants, but this one lacks consistency and service is usually subpar. Our server Tia started out wonderful, until she got more tables to wait on. We are not needy customers, we aren’t the squeeky wheel. But we only asked for one thing, which was more bread. (We had a small 4 pieces) We never did receive it. Instead she sat down at the table behind us talking about some sort of wine for a pretty long time. So we thought for sure after she walked by our table several times, that it would “hit” her. But no, no bread, no apology. Basically we became non existent when more customers came in. I’m a generous tipper to a fault, but I’m sorry I refuse to give generous tips anymore for servers that ignore you like that. As for food? It’s usually pretty good here. Sometimes the salads look pathetic like ours did yesterday. They seriously looked like a 5 year old made them. Drenched in dressing with hardly ANY salad on the plate. They looked half ate already! I had to switch salads with my husband because there was so much creamy Parmesan on my 5 lettuce leafs that I would not be able to eat that gooey mess. As far as ambience, I took away one star because anyone that came into the restaurant was seated right next to us, behind us, etc. Just sandwiched us all in. I know it has something to do with how many servers, etc. But it seemed a bit much. I wish there was another Carrabba’s around us, as we’ve never had much luck with the service here.
