  This store does have a lot of selection in terms of ethnic products. It is pretty clean, however, it is difficult to find things or communicate with staff as most are not English speaking. The prices are also quite high, even for ethnic products in Ocala. There are other stores, just as clean, more staff in case people who don’t speak other languages need assistance or to find things close by. This store does have a little more of a meat selection than some others do.

  So glad to have this Bravo near by - great service and you can find many typical Latino and Caribbean foods that you can't find at other grocery stores, but they also have Halal meats and many other hard to find food items. BUT my favorite is their hot foods section - it's loaded! On this visit I got Sancocho (Dominican Stew), octopus salad and the last Pastel en Hoja (a plantain pork tamale, basically). Everything was delicious. They're empanada selection is great too, with Colombian and Venezuelan ones too, plus other fried favorites like Papas Rellenas and Alcapurrias. When in the area, you gotta check them out - A+++

  I usually go to Key Food on 200 near Targets. I thought I would try Bravos , since it's a closer commute for me. The store has many great Caribbean products and a great meat section. The only downfall is the staff at the food counter. They lack customer service skills. They are rude and unfriendly. They are definitely not like the employees at Key Food. They are friendly and courteous. In the future , I will be shopping at Key Food.
