  Unfortunately I made the mistake of making a reservation the same night as a wine tasting dinner. Seated on time and it all went downhill from there. The only food that came to the table hot was the banging chicken. Corn and crab chowder was lukewarm at best as well as the fish, au gratin potatoes and fried cauliflower. Two managers standing right forward of our table but all they cared about was the food and wine dinner, never even looked our way. The drinks that were ordered for dinner, even though we could see them at the bar finally made it to the table a full ten minutes after a runner dropped the food at the table. Waitress never checked on us until time to drop off the tab without inquiring if we wanted dessert. We finally got the correct tab on the third try.

  My boyfriend and I went to Bonefish Grill for a relaxing date night, and we had such a great experience especially with Cindy as our server. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind. She explained the menu with confidence & gave great recommendations. Cindy created the calm, easy-going vibe we were looking for. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly timed, and she made us feel genuinely taken care of. Thank you Cindy & Bonefish Grill, for giving us such a lovely dining experience. We will definitely be back!

  My husband and I had never been to a Bonefish Grill so we decided to give it a try for our 45th anniversary. It did not disappoint!! Manager “Q” went above and beyond to make our visit excellent!! Our waitress Megan was an awesome waitress. I would drive to Ocala anytime to eat at the Bonefish Grill Again. We live 3 hours away!! Thanks again Manager “Q” and Megan for making our dinner so fabulous! Dink & Denise

  We have a friend who in our opinion just experienced a medical miracle. Had been scheduled for MAJOR surgery and treatment. Exam prior to surgery showed no cancer. Confirmed by more tests and biopsy. We took her to Bonefish to celebrate! My wife needs to sit near an electrical outst for her oxygen concentrator. Bonefish staff and server, Brittaney, made it special! They were great helping us get to best spot for my wife, wonderful cheerful service and great food. We left with a wonderful feeling.

  My wife and I recently had our date night here. It was our first time at this location. I wanted to acknowledge the excellent service, food, and atmosphere provided by the entire staff, especially those individuals that attended to us that night. Hallie the hostess was outstanding. As soon as we stepped inside she greeted us with great energy and a smile. It was only seconds after that we were seated in a wonderfully quiet and warm table. Not much longer after being seated one of staff said welcome and someone would be with us shortly. When I am told shortly it usually ends up being 10-15 minutes (at other establishments) not here. Our amazing server Cindy came to our table, provided superb customer, and was extremely professional. The food was just as amazing as the service. I asked the speak to the manager. One of the mangers Mr. Quinton “Q” McCoy-Rosario came and I expressed how extraordinary the service was and how much we appreciated both Hallie and Cindy. I want everyone to know that if you are seeking a pleasant experience with your loved ones or celebrating a specific event here in Ocala, don’t hesitate going here. The entire staff are just as great as the ones mentioned here. From what I could see, everyone was enjoying their meals and the atmosphere. Thank you all for the generous hospitality that you provide.
