  This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at Bonefish Grill. We’ve always enjoyed the food here, but the to-go service was extremely disappointing this time. My wife wasn’t feeling well, so we ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived, I never received a link to enter a parking spot number. I called twice and was told our order wasn’t ready, even though the website showed it as ready. I called again and was told to wait. About 15 minutes later, someone finally brought our food out. When I explained the situation, the employee was passive-aggressive and immediately assumed I was DoorDash, even after I clearly stated I was a customer picking up my own order. That incorrect assumption made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. To make matters worse, after submitting this review, I received an automated response offering $5 off a future order. Given the level of service failure and how this was handled, that felt dismissive rather than a genuine attempt to address the issue. Overall, a very disappointing experience from a place we’ve always liked.

  My mother and I went for my birthday today! The atmosphere/food was enjoyable and our waiter Wilson was spectacular!! Wilson really made my birthday feel special and he provided some of the best service I’ve ever experienced! I 100% recommend going! And if you’re wanting top tier service I’d definitely call ahead to reserve a table in Wilson’s section!

  In the last 3ish years, this place has gone down hill. The way the place looks, the cleanliness, the quality of food has changed so much. I can't even believe this place was closed by the health department. Management changed a couple of years ago amd you can tell. The smell at the bar is awful, the staff plays on their phones and talks about how the managers treat them so loud everyone hears them. You can't tell managers even work there because they are never seen. We are bar regulars amd know that the girls that work there work hard and keep a clean place but know that managers don't hold anyone accountable. This should be very embarrassing for the management team. I have found a better place that I know is clean. I would not recommend.

  This is always one of our go-to stops when we’re traveling north from Sarasota. The food is consistently delicious, but this visit was extra special thanks to their fun Christmas-inspired drinks—Santa’s Pants was a standout! What truly made the experience memorable, though, was our server Hannah. She brought incredible energy, gave great food and drink recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount. Because of her, what was supposed to be a quick stop turned into a relaxed, enjoyable hour. Great food, festive drinks, and outstanding service—can’t wait to stop again!

  The staff was friendly and helpful. Someone came in wearing a grotesque amount of roses perfume and sat near us and the staff helped us move to the other end of the restaurant. No frowns or hassles just smiles and helping hands. My meal was chicken with some special requests for medical dietary restrictions and they nailed it. Unfortunately my wife had the sea bass and the served piece was around 2 inches thick and unevenly cooked. The center was just squishy. If you are going to pay top dollar for expensive fish, please serve it cooked correctly. One think that started me was that when I had grilled chicken and green beans, it somehow carries a whopping 900+ calories. Found out why when it came with the beans thickly coated in what seems like a butter sauce. So I ate the grilled chicken only and left the beans. That’s just an insane caloric value for what should be a lite meal. The menu seemed filled with high calorie options. Given the high calorie menu I can’t say I see us going to a Bonefish Grill anytime again.
