  We have been here multiple times since it opened. The drinks are ok at best. Not consistent in sweetness, even in the same order and temperature is erratic. The staff are always incredibly polite, but I am not waiting over 10min for my drink, and we typically wait 15-20 min even with 6 or 7 cars in line. And that does not matter if you do Drive-Thru, Walk-up, or pre-order on the app, and regardless of what time of day.

  Kristine is the bomb.com so much more than just a pretty face. Shes sweet and caring and helped me build a custom Rebel because I don’t really care for coffee! More people these days should aspire to be like her.

  Dutch Bros staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The drinks are always made with quality ingredients. Lactose and sugar-free ingredients are available.You can walk up, order ahead and pick up, or do the drive thru. There isn't any seating.

  I know this is a new location but the staff needs some training. We arrived before opening on a promo charm day and the (single) employee, a young woman, told the two customers ahead of me that “this location doesn’t do the charms”. I insisted, however, and she admitted she didn’t know where the charms were, made a phone call, came back and found the charms were at the service window all along! Also, twice we have had a terrible experience with a different server at the drive thru. Step up your game, Ocala location, your going to lose customers!

  I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with Dutch Bros Coffee because I've never been to one before. I ended up downloading their app as I figured it'd be easiest to put in a to go order ahead of time since it's such a busy place. One of the cool things when you install their app is that they give you a free Medium drink after you do that and create a login or whatever. I had to pickup my kid from school the other day and remembered the free drink, so I placed a to go order for the drink. I even tipped a couple dollars, which i do about 50% of the time or less for pickup orders. I showed up a couple minutes after the scheduled pick up time and went to the walk up window. The guy at the window told me they "skipped" my order. I didn't make it a thing but how/why would an order get skipped? Was it because it was a freebie and didn't make the store money? Was the $2 tip not enough for them? Did they not like having to mix 2-3 ingredients to make it? Sorry but that took me back a bit and has me questioning if I'll come back in the future.
